About the Role

Lerntix is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to lead the development of our AI-powered learning platform. You'll architect scalable microservices, mentor junior engineers, and work closely with product and design teams to deliver exceptional learning experiences to millions of users worldwide.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs
• Lead technical architecture decisions and system design
• Mentor and guide junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to ship features
• Optimize application performance and ensure high availability
• Champion engineering best practices and coding standards

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong proficiency in Python, Node.js, or Java
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Deep understanding of microservices, RESTful APIs, and database design
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
